What is it?

- A Pointsystem, which allows you to gather points, and change these into free nights for personal use.
- The system allows you, as a Travel Agent, to earn points for each Free Wedding you sell at Sol Melia Cuba.
- "Free weddings" are Groups of a minimum amount of people joining for a wedding at one of our Hotels:
Sol / Tryp Hotel : 25 paying customers for 1 week
Melia Hotel : 17 paying customers for 1 week
Paradisus Hotel : 17 paying customers for 1 week

Rules and regulations
|
- All points are personal and cannot be tranfered to another person.
- Each point equals one nights at any of the Sol Melia Cuba Hotels, including any of the Premium Brand Hotels such as Paradisus.
- To obtain your points you have to be registered as user of Travel Professional, if you are not yet registered, you can do so at http://www.solmeliacuba.com/travel-professionals/ at any time.
- Points can be gathered for all "Free Weddings" sold between the 1st of April 2009 and the 31st of December 2009.
- Points can be used as free nights, only after the "Free Wedding" took place at the Hotel
- Points (free nights) can be used throughout the year 2009 and 2010
- Nights are based on double occupancy, standard room type, either in All Inclusive (Varadero, Cayos or Holguin) or Bed and Breakfast (Habana and Santiago de Cuba).
- 3rd Adults or Children joining will be charged Travel Agent Rates.
- There are no block out dates, but your reservation is always subject to availability.
- Date changes are not allowed, once the Confirmation Number has been sent to the Travel Agent.
- Points per "Free Wedding" depend on the Hotel Brand the Wedding takes place:
Sol / Tryp Hotel "Free Wedding" : 1 Point
Melia Hotel "Free Wedding" : 1 Points
Paradisus Hotel "Free Wedding" : 3 Points
- There is no minimum, or maximum amount of points that can be used, if you need a special rate to complete your hollidays, we can offer you a Travel Agent Rate.

Practical Information

- Points can be registered at http://www.solmeliacuba.com/travel-professionals/wedding_club_register.php once the wedding was booked, and the Tour Operators confirmation Number has been received.
- At the Travel Professionals web site, you will find a banner called: "Sol Melia Cuba Wedding Club", click on it.
- Click either on "Making a Reservation" to use your free nights, or at "Registering Free Wedding Booking" to optain your earned points.
- Fill out all the fields, and click on "Send Information", you will receive the confirmation number for your free stay or the number of points obtained within 2 working days.
