Paradisus Varadero certifies its Quality Management System
2007-09-06
The National Standardization Office of Cuba and Veritas Quality International Bureau concluded last August, reviewing the Quality Management System at Paradisus Varadero, which this year is targeting for the ISO 9001: 2000 International Standard Certificate.
This first step proved successful, thanks to the efforts deployed by the hotel staff, who never overlook aspects that will contribute to the complete satisfaction of clients, thus ensuring a more efficient system which involves all the workers in this endeavor.
The recent revision of the ISO 9001:2000 Management System at Paradisus Varadero is an important step for rendering an accommodation service of excellence, which is the property's ultimate goal.
The National Standardization Office of Cuba (ONN) and Veritas Quality International Bureau (BVQI), the international certifying entity, highly appraised the functioning of the system in place for the purpose of ensuring the client's full satisfaction and the complete involvement of all the staff in this effort.
Paradisus Varadero will be the first deluxe all-inclusive property, and the second Sol Meliá hotel, to obtain this prestigious recognition after seven years of experience and commendable results in the hotel industry.
