Meliá Las Antillas receives Primo Neckermann Reisen 2008 Award

Meliá Las Antillas was awarded the Primo Neckermann Reisen 2008 Award. According to clients of the important German tour operator Neckermann - part of Thomas Cook group- the property ranks among the 100 best and most popular hotels in the world.
"With this award we express our appreciation for having made it possible for our clients to experience a truly unforgettable holiday, thanks to your attentive care and to the quality of the services rendered", affirmed the communiqué informing Sol Meliá Cuba of its decision Meliá Las Antillas is an All-Inclusive Superior 4-star resort especially recommended for weddings, honeymoons, tourist groups and circuits.
Beginning the next 2008-2009 winter season, Meliá Las Antillas will operate only for adults over 16. The hotel covers 6 hectares of tropical gardens with reflecting water ponds, exuberant foliage and many more pleasant surprises that will contribute to a memorable stay. The property houses 348 rooms- 346 Junior Suites and 2 Suites- equipped with all the comforts necessary for a pleasant and relaxing stay: 5 bars and 4 restaurants -buffet and three specialized- 2 swimming pools, recreation and sports programs. Meliá Las Antillas is owned by Grupo Cubanacan S.A., and operated by Sol Meliá since December 2006.
